PMC for Signalling, IP Network, EMC, and Power Supply for the renewable of signalling system in several lines of Portuguese railroad network with a new Siemens interlocking system TrainGuard Westrace. Project includes all Interlocking and wayside design, as well all networking for support operation. • Project Planning, Cost control and payment approval certificate are consistent with the project progress; • Detail project schedule analyses and optimization verification and report project progress, management of communications with main contractor, represent project owner in the activities related with project with Siemens; • Monitor the completion of the Design, Equipment and materials supply, Installation of the Wayside Equipment, and construction of Technical Rooms and power supply for the system; • Project Management, Scope, Planning, Execution Plan, Risk Management, Change Management and Change Control Board (Project Scope, Variations and Change Orders) and their cost impact in project; • Project indicators analysis, as Cost and Schedule Performance Index, as well PIMS indicators analyses.
